Returns Policy

  • RETRACTION WITH REPLACEMENT
  • You have the right to replace the entire order or part of it without being obliged to tell us the reason , by completing the special form , within 14 working days from the date you receive the order. By replacing it is necessary to fill in the amount of the original order. The company covers the cost of return and replacement of the products.

  • RETRACTION WITH RETURN
  • In case of withdrawal Return you are obliged to tell us the reason of withdraw the special form that you will find here. The company will respond by sending you mail to whether the reason for the return is accepted or if you need to make a replacement.

    1. If the reason is accepted : It is your responsibility to ship the product in perfect condition in which you received it without having violated the packaging and confirming that they have not removed the specific product labels.   • DETAILED GUIDE RETURN

    1. A prerequisite is that the product is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it along with the sales receipt and including specific product labels (tags).

      For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns of swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, tights and earrings, caps.

      All products returned to GRAMA s warehouse subject to meticulous quality control.

If a defect is found during quality control in a returned product the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue.
